Financial Talent Partnership acknowledges its responsibility to the Modern Day Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within the organisation and with suppliers of goods and services to Financial Talent Partnership.

Financial Talent Partnership is committed to driving out modern day slavery and human trafficking from within its own businesses and that from any of its supply chains.

To meet our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking obligations, we will:

Business Ethics
As part of Financial Talent Partnership  due diligence processes into slavery and human trafficking the supplier approval process will incorporate a review of the controls undertaken by our suppliers. The level of management control required for these sources will be monitored through our supplier review process.

Financial Talent Partnership  will not knowingly deal or support any company or business involved in slavery or human trafficking.

Endeavour to run our business with integrity and transparency, including but not limited
to, relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, competitors, the government
and the public.

Not sanction corrupt behavior under any circumstances, nor engage in Slavery or
human trafficking in any of our activities.

Commit to conducting our operations in compliance with all applicable statutory and
regulatory requirements arid global environmental initiatives.

Benchmark ourselves against best practice standards and seek to pursue a best
practice approach wherever practical.

The Directors and Senior Management of Financial Talent Partnership  shall take responsibility for implementing this policy statement and all of its objectives and shall provide adequate resources and investment to ensure that Slavery and Human Trafficking is not taking place within the company and any of its supply chain.

Seek to promote the application of our Slavery and Human Trafficking policy with our
suppliers.
